William B. Jennings; IT Development Manager

Mr. Jennings has been involved in programming, data processing, and systems design for over 26 years.  This experience ranges from large, Fortune 500 companies, to small businesses and medical offices.  His focus has been real time, high transaction rate, on-line applications coupled with sophisticated, flexible, database storage software.

Mr. Jennings founded his own consulting business, Resqu Consulting, Inc., which focused on the telecom and financial industries in the southern California area.  Most recently, he worked for a multi-million dollar company in the music/concert apparel industry, which used a complete Open Source custom system to support the e-commerce side of the business including purchasing, inventory and ERP.  At this company, he acquired first-hand exposure with Pay Pal and Authorize.net transactions, and experience with the limitations and frustrations of online payment.

His portfolio at InstaPayment includes general coordination of server-side components, CampusCards website applications, and various middleware and messaging software. He is enthusiastic about and looks forward to encouraging the InstaPayment philosophy toward the economy, security, and convenience of Open Source, internet software and secure debit payment methodology.
